    Admission Procedure

    Pre – Primary Class :

    Admission is based on activities to assess the thinking skills and the ability to identify and associate fundamental concepts like shapes, colours, objects and numbers. The oral skills and level of understanding is judged by an interactive session with the child. The test is a tool for IDENTIFICATION and not elimination.

    Class I, II, III :

    The child is tested with objective type questions based on recapitulation of basic question in English, Maths and second language.

    Class IV, V :

    Test is conducted in English, Mathematics, Second language and Mental ability to assess the logical thinking and numerical aptitude of the child.

    Class VI, VII, VIII, IX :

    The child is tested in English, Mathematics and Science to judge the understanding level of the concepts and in Mental Ability to test the rational thinking of the child.

    Class XI :

    Admission to class XI is based on the Board results of Class X. The students are allotted streams basing on the marks secured in English, Mathematics and Science for Science stream, English and Mathematics for Commerce stream and English for Humanities stream.

    ADMISSION GUIDELINES:  Nursery – Class IX

    Thank you for choosing DPS Banarpal to address the educational needs of your ward.

    • The Registration Form can be purchased from the Accounts Department in the school premises. Registration Fee is Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only)
    •  Along with the Registration Form, please submit the following documents:

    • Copy of Birth Certificate of student

    • Copy of Aadhar of student and parents

    • Copy of Caste Certificate (if applicable)

    • Copy of Report Card/ Mark Sheet of student

    • Please ensure that a passport size photograph of the student is pasted on the Registration Form before submission of the documents to the Admission Cell.
    • On submission of the duly filled Registration form and documents, you will receive the prospectus, syllabus and the details of the admission procedure for your ward. Kindly Note: The prospectus will not be available online or sent via email. It has to be collected in person from the school premises at your convenience.
