Established in 2013, under PATHANI SAMANTA EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT & TRUST.
The School provides education from Nursery to Class XII (Senior Secondary) and is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
We believe in the dignity and growth of each student and recognize the importance of his responsibilities to his fellow men in the world community. We believe that children form the true wealth of any nation and that they will carry the future squarely on their shoulders. We believe that all the youth should get an equal opportunity for education, consistent with their individual capabilities and their personal and social needs. We believe that change is a constant factor in life. Education, therefore, while fostering in students the development of a strong value base, should encourage a thinking process which will facilitate intelligent adaptability in an evolving and changing society. We believe that education should foster independent thinking, exploration and experimentation as a life long process. Mission / Vision
Children are living beings – more living than grown-up people who have built shells of habit around themselves. Therefore it is absolutely necessary for their mental health and development that they should not have mere schools for their lessons, but a world whose guiding spirit is personal love.
Coming out of pragmatic methodology for teaching, DPS has conceptualized unique ideas to make its pedagogy catchy & interesting. The area of focus for imparting education has been scientifically designed and the curriculum components epitomize it. DPS Rourkela is a co-educational day school under CBSE affiliation.
